Here is what you can hunt in the Neamt County and the seasons.

The hunting season is established by the Forests Direction

**The Stag**

Hunting season for males: 1 September – 15 December
Hunting season for female: 1 September – 15 February
Best hunting moment: 20 – 30 September

**The Deer**

Hunting season: 15 May – 15 October
Best hunting moment: in June – August

**The Wild Cat**

Hunting season: 15 September – 31 March (with the approval of the minister)
Best hunting moment: in September – March

**The Boar**

Hunting season: 1 August – 31 January
Best hunting moment: in December – January

**Mountain Cock**

Hunting season: 1 April – 5 May
Best hunting moment: 17 – 30 April
