Diocesan Museum of the Catholics of Moldavia, Săbăoani
Opened in September 2002 in Săbăoani's old monastic complex, confiscated by the communist regime and returned to the Church in 1990, the museum tells the history of Moldavia's Catholics.
Eight rooms group archaeological (14th–17th c.), ethnographic, historical and liturgical items collected from Catholic villages. It illustrates traditional occupations – farming, livestock, forestry, fishing and pottery – and figures of the local Church.
