New Year's Eve 2010 – 2011 Concert in Piatra Neamț

This year, local residents who have yet to make plans for the celebrations welcoming 2011 will have the chance to celebrate outdoors in the centre of Piatra Neamț, specially decorated for the winter festivities. Celebrated around the world, New Year is that special moment when one year gives way to the next, when everyone leaves the past behind and looks to the future with optimism, surrounded by friends and a vibrant atmosphere. The local authorities will organise a concert on the stage in front of the Unic complex.

The New Year's Eve show will begin at 21.30 on 31 December 2010, and the guests performing as we welcome the new year include DJ Sava and Raluca, Matteo, Mattias, Lorena (a former member of Etno) and folk singers specially invited to keep folk traditions alive. They will perform folk and party music, keep the festive spirit going and join Neamț residents as the year turns.

New Year 2011 Fireworks in Piatra Neamț

Piatra Neamț Town Hall has also included the traditional fireworks display in the New Year's concert programme. This is a first for our town, and we hope everyone who chooses to spend New Year's Eve in the centre of Piatra Neamț has a wonderful time.
