Neamț County Council and the “Carmen Saeculare” Centre for Culture and Arts will celebrate the historic event that took place on 27 March 1918 – the union of Basarabia with Romania – with a large-scale folk performance.
Among the major projects organised each year by the “Carmen Saeculare” Centre for Culture and Arts Neamț is the evocatively titled EASTER HARMONIES.
