Carbuna Hermitage is opposite the Dragoș Vodă Bison Reserve and can be reached on foot. The hermitage is in Vanatori commune, approximately 3 km from Neamț Monastery.





Carbuna hermitage is located in Neamt County, close by “Dragos Voda” Bison and Carpathian Fauna Reserve and you can reach there by foot walking from the reserve.

Agapia Monastery is adorned for posterity with saints painted by Nicolae Grigorescu between 1858 and 1861.
